Decotel: to de-stress not distress your guests

Our roving Decotel Ambassador, Liz Smith-Mills FIH MBICSc, was in attendance for the recent Institute of Hospitality webinar in early January where the discussion was "What 2019 Holds In Store for the UK Hotel Industry".

During a frank analysis of the year ahead by renowned industry consultant Melvin Gold, Liz picked up on a catchy slogan and dragged it back to us here in the office to chuckle about:

"Decotel products de-stress (not distress) your guests"

She then brought the team up to speed on the webinar and how our valued housekeepers and managers are doing out there on the front line of the hospitality industry.
